Payment Info​

• Coffee Kitty Studio's  fursuit (partial, half, and full) commissions require a  nonrefundable 40% down payment to secure a spot in our Queue This is non-refundable and is absolutely required to begin production. The final 60% and the shipping costs are due within the deadline month.   

• ​Your project will only be shipped once it is paid for in full. If full payment is not made within 3 months of completion, the suit will be altered and sold. 

• Unless otherwise agreed upon, items for which payment has been requested, but toward which no payments have been made for a period of 90 days, will be considered cancelled without refund.

Shipping

• Coffee Kitty Studio will ship anywhere.

• We insure packages for the full value of the suit, and require signature  confirmation for your safety.

• Shipping within the United States is NOT included in the quote. For full suits this is generally a $40-$60 charge for continental ground shipping. International orders are typically $100 and up.

Duct Tape Dummy Requirements

• We require all fullsuit commissions to complete and send us a duct tape dummy.

•  It is the customer’s responsibility to tape their duct-tape-dummies back together in the appropriate locations so the dummy’s pieces line up properly. Please cover all cut areas with tape and do not leave gaps. 

• If customer would like the DTD back please include that in the notes.

• We also ask for measurements when a client purchases a custom-made fursuit head, gloves, costume feet . sleeve paws It is the client’s responsibility to take these measurements correctly. I am not responsible for poorly fitting items based on incorrect measurements.

• Please note that duct tape dummies must be built durably. The best way is to layer it. Coffee Kitty Studio is not responsible for duct tape dummies falling apart.

• Must go over heel over the foot.

​​WARRANTY

• If your suit arrives with any fitting issues, or is defective in some way please  contact us right away to arrange for an adjustment.

•  If we are in error we are responsible for paying shipping both ways.

• Your fursuit has a 2 month warranty from date of arrival to you, the buyer.  This covers repairs on rips, popped seams, sizing adjustments, and adhesion  failure. 

• If damage occurs please contact us immediately to arrange for the fix. Buyer pays shipping to seller,  and seller pays shipping back to buyer.
